The Navy Boys emerged victorious after defeating Sirvodem Boys 2-0 to clinch the St. Sebastian Cup, organised by Mandopa Boys, at Mandopa ground.
Myjoice Fernandes emerged as the star player for the Navy Boys, netting both goals for his team. He scored the first goal in the 17th minute and followed it up with another in the 31st minute
The chief guest for the event was Zilla member Edwin Cardozo. He presented the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of Fr Lester Cardozo, special invitee Fr Dylan, social worker Bagat Sidesh Bhagat, Aluxio Fernandes (a football promoter from Navelim) and club officials.
