Nuvem SC advanced to the quarterfinals of the Fr. Basilio Andrade Memorial Football Tournament, organized by AA de Majorda Utorda Calata, with a commanding 3“0 victory over a spirited Ambelim SC side.
Shenoy Colaco opened the scoring for Nuvem in the 20th minute of the first half. After the break, Albino Pereira doubled the lead before Colaco struck again to complete his brace and seal the win.
Aaron Pinto of Ambelim SC was named Man of the Match, with the award presented by former footballer Carlos Fernandes.
