Our Lady of Gloria SC got the better of Sao Jose de Areal 4-1 to enter the semi-finals of the Fr Gervasio football tournament, at Figureido football ground, Curchorem, on Thursday.
Navil Fernandes of Areal opened the score-line in the fourth minute. As the match progressed, in the 10th minute, Ancel Tavares equalised for Gloria.Eldon Colaco further inflated the lead for Gloria in the 20th minute. Garisson Ferrnandes netted a brace for Gloria in the 45th and 50th minutes respectively.
Garrison Fernandes of Gloria SC was awarded the man of the match award.
