Pax of Nagoa SC defeated South Goa United CSC 6-0 to register a big win in the U-13 Division I-League football tournament played at Nagoa Panchayat ground on Friday.
Savion Fernandes and Princerio Olivero scored a brace each while Macklan Menezes and Mevilo Calado scored a goal each for Pax.
At Dramapur football ground - Vasco Sc defeated Churchill Brothers by 3-1. Varun Rathi, Utkarsh Singh and Daksh Redkar scored for Vasco SC while Mukesh Rajbahdur Kashap reduced the margin for Churchill Brothers.
Rising Star ease past Chicalim SC
Rising Star SCC defeated Chicalim SC 3-0 in the Second Division League match played at Tilak Maidan, Vasco. Sachin Patil scored a brace while Aditya Kumar scored one goal for Rising Star SCC.
Guardian Angel enter quarters
Guardian Angel SC defeated Navelim Villagers Union 2-1 to enter the quarterfinals of the Martin's Cup inter-village football tournament played at Betalbatim Panchayat ground on Friday. Navelim Villagers Union took the lead through Prestly Gomes which was later cancelled by Reagan Costa of Guardian Angel SC. Milroy Clement scored the winning goal for Guardian Angel SC.
