Telaulim Youth Boys blanked Firguelim Boys 4-1 and moved into the next round of the Navelim Sporting Club Open Interward football tournament organised by Navelim Sporting Club at Rosary Ground, Navelim, on Tuesday. Ashley, Joewin, Aslam and Samuel netted a goal each for Telaulim Youth Boys in the third, sixth, tenth and 16th minute respectively while Belo pulled a goal back for Firguelim Boys in the 30th minute.

MARGAOGoans Hockey will be participating in the 12th Hockey India Nationals for Senior Women being held at Bhopal, from May 6 to 17. Selection trials for the same will be held on April 8, at 4 pm, at the Peddem Astro Turf, Mapusa. Players registered with Goans Hockey and interested in representing Goa at the above Nationals should report at Peddem in full playing kit.
