Salcete Football Club staged a thrilling comeback to defeat Vasco City Cultural Club 2-1 in the GFA Under-18 Division League at Cansulim Sports Complex on Wednesday.
The first half ended goalless as both sides began cautiously.
The second half saw more attacking intent, with Abraham P breaking the deadlock in the 50th minute for Vasco City.
However, Salcete responded strongly, with Clifun Lima equalizing in the 65th minute. Lima then completed the turnaround by scoring the match-winner in the 74th minute, securing all three points for Salcete.
