United Club of Utorda registered a thrilling 4–2 victory over Vasco United FC in a second division league match played at the Utorda ground, organised by the Goa Football Association. The win earned UC Utorda three valuable points.
The first half ended in a 1–1 stalemate, setting the tone for an exciting contest. Oscar Braganza gave UC Utorda the early lead, but Mario Pinto restored parity for Vasco United before the break.
UC Utorda dominated the second half, with Meislen Barretto scoring twice and Jesus Dsa adding another to extend their advantage and seal a well-deserved win. Arron Fernandes scored a consolation goal for Vasco United, but it proved insufficient to halt Utorda’s strong momentum.
