PANAJI: Practo, one of the world’s leading healthcare platformand Ola,one of India’s most popular app for mobile transportation have partnered to provide seamless and stress-free healthcare experience for their customers.

According to a press note, with Ola’s integration on the Practo app, millions of consumers across India will now be able to book an Ola cab - Micro, Mini, Prime or Lux, ahead of their doctor’s appointments, directly from the Practo app.

Additionally, Practo users will also get a reminder an hour prior to the scheduled appointment, allowing them to make use of Ola’s ‘Ride Later’ feature to book a ride in advance. If the customers chose to book via ‘Ride Now’ feature, other than seeing the nearest available cabs, they will also get the details of estimated fare and the expected time of Arrival (ETA) for the cab. Once the trip starts, the user’s final destination will be auto-filled on the driver’s app, ensuring peace of mind for consumers, states the press note.

ETAs as low as 4 minutes and maximum availability across categories on the Ola app, enhances the value proposition for Practo users by enabling access to the best of medical practitioners in the city.
