Seen in the picture is the footpath below Cluck Tales in the heart of the city opposite Don Bosco School, Panaji. Pedestrians are made to walk on the roadside as the footpath built by M/s Edcon Builders and partners has been blocked for the public by placing large obstacles along the path and a rope barricade all around forcing pedestrians to walk outside this zone on the road. Will the CCP or the ruling government take note of this illegality and demolish the obstacles thus freeing up the footpath for public use?
