PANAJIUrja Wellness Centre Margao will be celebrating the National Ayurveda Day on the occasion of Dhanvantari Jayanti with various programmes. To create awareness on a healthy kitchen, a workshop will be conducted demonstrating various nutritious dishes. The participants will be educated on specific diet patterns to be followed in different digestive illnesses. There will also be a drawing contest for children between the ages 10-15 on the theme ‘Ayurveda “ a boon’ or ‘Ayurveda in my life’. There is also a drawing workshop.
