The State government has re-constituted the Governing cum Advisory Committee for the Goa College of Architecture in a bid to monitor the academic activities of the college. The 15-member Committee headed by former director of School of Planning and Architecture KT Ravindran will also advise in curriculum development, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The committee will assist in collaboration with industry/ company/professional for faculty training, knowledge exchanges, consultancy activities, etc, apart from identifying the training needs of students, faculty and staff and propose a plan for implementation. It will also assist and monitor the placement, formulate plans and guide students of the college on career prospects, job opportunities and internships.
