Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts opens admissions

PANAJI: With the admission season underway, the Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts (KCCA) has opened admissions for the 2026“27 academic year for its Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Culinary Management programme.

Affiliated with Goa University, the three-year degree is spread across six semesters and combines academic learning with practical culinary training and kitchen management skills. The next intake begins in June 2026 and requires a minimum qualification of Class 12 pass.

KCCA Founder Parixit Pai Fondekar said the institution aims to turn students’ passion into careers through hands-on training, industry exposure and global culinary standards.

The college also offers career guidance, placement support, internships and industry interactions. Eligible students may explore opportunities in India, abroad and on cruise ships through the Kamaxi Group network.

Admissions are open online and offline, followed by counselling and personal interaction. There is no age limit, and seats are limited to ensure personalised training.
