MARGAO: As part of the Swasth Nari Saksham Parivar Abhiyan, the Curtorim Primary Health Centre conducted a series of health camps across its jurisdiction. A total of 285 people benefited from the camps held in the villages of Davorlim, Nessai, Chandor, Macazana and Curtorim.
Curtorim Primary Health Officer Dr Vallabh Nadkarni said breast screening was also carried out during the camps. Of the 15 women screened, four were found to have suspected cases and were advised further tests. The camps also included dental and eye check-ups, ayurvedic and general consultations, student health screening, and vaccination services.
