PANAJIThe eagerly awaited Serendipity Arts Festival (SAF) makes a comeback to the heart of Panaji from December 15 to 23 after a gap of two years. The short film was released on SAF's social media channels recently to announce the return of the festival. Spread across 10 venues with the Old GMC Palace at its heart, the festival will continue to uphold its fundamental values of sustainability, inclusivity, and accessibility. The illustrious line-up of curators for this year's festival are Bickram Ghosh, Ehsaan Noorani, Geeta Chandran, Mayuri Upadhya, Sudarshan Shetty, Veerangana Solanki, Pramod Kumar KG, Anjana Somany, Quasar Thakore Padamsee and Prahlad Sukhtankar.
