Rodrigues, credited for introducing door to door segregatedcollection in Panjim, said “ We need to collect waste form theshacks all over Bardez and Pernem and form elsewhere. The government can’t waitfor people to segregate there. Garbage has to bepicked up and mixed waste is the only solution outside Panjim. Both processeshave to be parallel”
