Change in dialling pattern of BSNL phones

PANAJI Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), informed that the dialing pattern from BSNL fixed line number (i.e. from landline) to any cellular mobile number has been changed. After January 15, the BSNL customer has to dial any mobile number by prefixing ‘0’.
