Former Velsao panch and social worker Roquezinho D’Souza has been appointed attorney of Pale comunidade.

“This is a great honour for me to be appointed attorney of the comunidade and I will do my best to work for the cause. The appointment certificate was issued to me by Vishal Kundaikar, the administrator of Comunidades (South Zone) on Monday,” said D’Souza.
