GTDC Chairman and Saligao MLA Kedar Naik handed over a new Yamaha sound system worth Rs 12 lakh to the Sadguru Mutt at Maina-Pilerne, for the benefit of the Mutt, devotees and the local community.Those present on the occasion included Pilerne Dy Sarpanch Ajay R Govekar, Devasthan Adhyaksha and Panch Akshay Govekar, Treasurer Madhav Vaigankar, Karan Govenkar, Ankita Naik along with Sadguru Mutt Committee, Sadguru Baba devotees and Maina residents. The youth of Maina expressed happiness with the initiative and said the sound system will provide a platform for budding young talents to showcase their skills. The MLA will also initiate the work of the Bhojanalaya area, along with the illumination of the Mutt and its surrounding areas, further enhancing the premises for devotees and visitors.
