Senior Citizens Recreation Centre Pedda, Margao of Lions Club of Margao Service Trust turned adult on July 1, as a sapling planted with just 30 has grown in a tree with around 300 members. The centre was inaugurated by Digamber Kamat, former chief minister. The event was celebrated by releasing an informative booklet, with events, memories, press reports of activities, special moments and details of members etc. over the period, in presence of a large crowd. This Centre is perhaps one of its kind in Goa to achieve this feat.
