VMSIIHE students win slogan writing contest by DLSA
BP Deshpande, Chairman District Legal Services Authority, South Goa giving away certificates and prizes to Tanvi Nayar and Simonelle Fernandes, students of VMSIIHE.

Margao based District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) recently held an online slogan writing competition on the topic 'Role of legal services in promoting welfare of people’ wherein Simonelle Fernandes and Tanvi Nayar, students of V M Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education (VMSIIHE) were awarded the second and third place respectively for their submissions.

Simonelle's slogan was 'Sound legal services advice makes life's journey a highway free of legal red lights,' while Tanvi's submission which won her an award was 'One step away by call, legal services for one and all'. The prize distribution was held at the District and Sessions Court Building in Margao. B P Deshpande, chairman, District Legal Services Authority South Goa gave away the prizes to the winning contestants. Winners were awarded a certificate and the classic book, ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’. The winning slogans would be adopted by the District Legal Services Authority.
