The students of Bachelor in Performing Arts College at Kala Academy (KA) who participated in the online poetry contest held by the Government College of Khandola have won three out of five prizes. Students from various colleges in Goa had participated in the contest. The students had to present any one of the poems penned by them in one of these four languages “ Marathi, Hindi, Konkani or English. Purshottam Mhardolkar, a second-year student of Bachelor in Performing Arts College at KA won first place in the contest. Third-year-student Siddhant Khandekar from the same college won the third place and Aniket Naik won a consolation prize. The principal of the college Prof Ramrao Wagh has congratulated all three winners.
