The 41st edition of Pt Manoharbuva Bhajan competition organised by Kala Academy will begin on August 15 at Rajiv Kala Mandir and the applications to participate in the contest will be accepted till 5 pm on August 12 at the KA office in Panaji. This year the contest will begin with the presentation of women artists. Observing all the Covid SOPs, the competition would be organised in the halls and auditoriums in the villages which were shut all this while due to the pandemic. The halls at Rajiv Gandhi Kala Mandir (Ponda), Ravindra Bhavan (Sankhali), Ravindra Bhavan (Vasco)’s mini hall, Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye High School hall (Pernem), Shree Ganapati Devasthan hall (Parra Bardez), Sanskrutik Bhavan Multipurpose hall (Patto Panaji) will hold the competition.
