PANAJIOmkar Cultural Association is organising akash kandil contest and cultural programmes on October 28 from 8 pm onwards. The first three winners of akash kandil contest will get Rs 3333, Rs 2222 and Rs 1111 respectively, along with other personal rewards and certificates. A cultural programme of dandiya, mimicry, dance will also be presented on the occasion. Artists from Goa as well as Sindhudurg will participate in the programmes.
