PANAJIDalgado Konknni Akademi (DKA) has invited the writers to participate in their Romi Konkani literature competition Fr Conceicao D’Silva Sahityik Spordha 2022, named after the late vice president of DKA after his death in 2021. The writers have the option of choosing from various categories “ poetry, short story, essays, one-act plays and Konkani songs (kantar). There are two parts for writing song lyrics “ a song has to either be composed on Konkani language, or on any other topic. There is also a competition to pen new carols in Konkani. A writer can participate in any one or all the competitions. The last day to email the write-ups in word doc. file is November 19 during office hours at [email protected]. DKA will not accept hard copies. The entries can also be submitted to DKA president Vincy Quadros on WhatsApp 9822587498.
