PANAJI: The Ambeanchem Fest will be celebrated at the Pilerne Thursday Heritage Market on May 4 between 5-9 pm. This is the first time that the heritage market in Pilernm village is celebrating king of fruits, mango in all its glory. There will be visitors from across the globe. The Goans who have come down to Goa for the State’s summer offerings will attend the fest. Foremost among the variety of fruit that this horticultural state has to offer, is the Mango and hence mangoes, raw, ripe and in-between, in all shapes and sizes, with names that are nostalgically Goan will be on display and sale. Mango sweets and heritage mango cuisine, will also be on offer.
