Our Lady of Lourdes feast was celebrated with pomp and gaiety at Utorda. Thousands of Villagers and devotees flocked Utorda on the occasion.
Rev Anil J T Couto, Archbishop of Delhi, was the main celebrant, who in his homily called upon the faithful to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and called upon the Catholics to spread the mission of Jesus. He further preached about the faith of Our Lady of Lourdes.
Parish Priest Fr Arvino Fernandes thanked the parishioners for their wholehearted participation in church services. Fr Lourdinho Pereira was appreciated for his regular participation in church services. The feast is celebrated by the Soares family. The well-attended traditional fair had the melodious music of Alvarado.
