The circle road from Saint Andrew's Church, Vasco to Goa Shipyard is always jammed with traffic and causes inconvenience in the port town to our citizens. With the increase of cargo shipment and traffic and the roads being narrow, there is no free flow of traffic and traffic jams can cause dangerous situation during an emergency that sees traffic police standing in hot sun on duty hours. A flyover at the circle could ensure free flow of traffic. The National Highways department, government of Goa, port town authorities, Mormugao Municipal Council should upgrade this project at earliest for free flow of traffic in the port town.
