As a prelude to the Army Day Parade 2023, a day-long outreach campaign was conducted under the aegis of No 2 Signal Training Centre at Merces and Curca on Friday. Troops from No 2 Signal Training Centre visited these villages and interacted with the local populace. Activities like Medical Camp, Agniveer Scheme Awareness Campaign, Felicitation of Veer Naris, Swachta Abhiyan and Volleyball match with the local team were organised. The events saw holistic participation by the locals, especially the youth who displayed their enthusiasm for joining the Indian Army. The campaign depicted the Indian Army's commitment to the Nation and will go a long way to strengthen the bond between the Indian Army and the people of Goa.
