CM to attend Kirtan Sanskar Shibir at Volvai

The 27 Summer Vacation Residential Kirtan Sanskar Shibir will be inaugurated on May 12 in the presence of Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, Art and Culture minister Govind Gaude, Devasthan president Madhusudan Tari, society president Ratnakar Tari, Gomantak Sant Mandal president Kirtankar Suhas Vaze, social worker Prakash Shenvi Surlakar, organisation committee president Vinayak Tari. The Sanskar Shibir will be organised by Kirtan Vidyalay Palak Sangh, informed its president Damodar Kamat.

Sand sculpture art contest for children on May 14

PANAJIMormugao Patrakar Lekhak Sangh has organised a sand sculpture art contest at Baina beach on May 14 at 4 pm. There will be age groups in which the contest will be held, age 5 to 10 and age 11 to 16. The contestants should depict their sand art using their own talent in one hour, as the contest will be held between 4.30-5.30 pm.
