Pai Foundation Puraskar to Akalpita Raut Desai

Akalpita Raut Desai’s book ‘Kalidas Pratibha’ has bagged 2020’s Dr TMA Pai Best Konkani book award. The award, given by Manipal’s Dr TMA Pai Foundation, comes with Rs 25,000 and a certificate. Two more Konkani books, Atmarat by N Balakrishna Mallya and Tint Jale Ragat by Roshan Sequeira, also have received Rs 10,000 each and a certificate. The awards will be distributed in a function to be organised soon.
