MAPUSA: There will be two Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programmes in the Seminar Hall of the pathology department Goa Medical College, Bambolim.
On May 24 the CME will be on COVID 19 and post COVID 19 pregnancy issues at 3 pm.
The speakers and chairs will be Dr Savio Rodrigues ex-professor and Head Department of Microbiology GMC, Dr Guruprasad Pednekar Ex Professor and Head of Obstretics and Gynecology GMC Dr R G Wiseman Pinto Professor and Head of Pathology Department GMC and President Asian Society of Cytopathology and Dr Sidhi Amonkar Resident Department of Obstretics and Gynecology GMC. Goa Medical Council had given accreditation to this CME with one CME credit.
The second CME programme on current trends in TB will be held on May 25 at 3 pm and the faculty will be Dr Cigy C Borges, Microbiologist IRL Intermediate Reference Lab Dept of Microbiology GMC, Dr Swapnil Solanki Dept of Respiratory Medicine GMC, Dr Swizel Pereira Dept of Radiology GMC, Dr Wanda Viegas in-charge of anti retroviral therapy centre GSACS at GMC.
