The students at Don Bosco College organised an animal rescue awareness programme related to the study and awareness of wildness and environment. The session was organised in association with the College Ecotiva club which promotes environmental awareness in the campus through different activities and commitments and around 85 students and faculty attended it. The session was conducted by Goan wildlife rescuer Shricharan Desai along with three forest officials. The talk focussed on wildlife rescue, myths, misconceptions, human-wildlife conflict etc. Desai along with his accomplices gave a live presentation of the reptile species.
