The 8th edition of India Bike Week (IBW) will be held from December 2 to 3. The bike festival is back to Goa after three years and this time it will feature Big Forkers Meat Fest as a special attraction which will dedicated to the art of curing, grilling, smoking and barbecuing meats in India.
The barbeque space will offer Goan chorizo to whole hog roasts, spit roasts, fire and meat displays, churrascarias, tawa and tandoor. The ‘Eat Street’ will feature 10 other local Goan caterers and food trucks featuring typical IBW staples on their menu, a press release said.
