The Executive Members of the Air Force Association (Goa Branch) got together on the occasion of the Indian Air Force Day at Porvorim on Thursday. To commemorate the occasion, Dr Surabhi Vardam distributed face masks to air veterans and the association members. Every year, the association celebrated the day along with their family members. But due to the pandemic, a small function was held only among the executive association members by maintaining proper social distancing.
President of association Air Commodore P K Pinto, AVSM (Retd), Vice President Air Commodore Tony Figueiredo (Retd), Secretary, Ex-Sgt P M Naik, Jt Secretary Ex-Sgt M V Vardam, Treasurer Ex-Sgt Sanjay Phadte and executive members Ex-Sgts M E Cota, Karpe and S C Lotlikar were present.
