Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari extended his warm greetings to the people of Goa on the occasion of Dussehra festival.
Governor in his message said: Though each region has a different spiritual connotation of Dussehra festival, the underlying spirit of victory of the good over evil remains the same. This festival strengthens our national integration and reaffirms our abiding faith in the concept of unity in diversity. Today when the world is torn by the evils of intolerance, hatred and violence let us renew our commitment to the great values of tolerance, brotherhood and peace.”
“May the celebrations of Dussehra this year bring peace, joy and prosperity to the people of Goa,” the Governor concluded.
