PANAJI: The Goa Yachting Association (GYA) will hold a sailing camp to teach sailing in windsurfing/optimists categories from March 16 to 20.
The Beginners Level One (101) windsurfing camp will be held for students from ages 12 to 18 years. Each camp will be of 4/5 days and will impart instructions in basic windsurfing, after which the student will have to follow up and practice to achieve proficiency. Level Two (102) windsurfing camp will be held during the same time period for those who have completed the Level One camp before. The timings will depend upon the wind conditions.
The Beginners for Level One (101) in the optimist class will also be held for students from the age of 8 to 12 years. Level Two (102) optimists camp will be held during the same time period for those who have completed the Level One camp previously.
