PANAJIThe 37th Installation Ceremony of BOD Lions Club of Old Goa was organised on July 15 at Swarnam Ac Banquet Hall, Corlim. Lion Daniel S Kurian was installed as President along with BOD's at the hands of Installing Officer Past District Governor MJF Lion Vasudev Valawalkar. Chief Guest PDG Vasudev Valawalkar in his address emphasised on the desire of individuals to serve humanity. Induction Officer MJF Lion Vinod Gadgil inducted three new members to the Club on the occasion. Guest of Honour Samil Volvaiker in his address promised to collaborate with KC Old Goa for social causes. Region Chairperson MJF Lion Gajanan Golatkar, Zone Chairperson Lion Balaji, Secretary Lion Daniel Gonsalves, Treasurer Lion Savio Sequira and IPP Lion Madhav Vernekar were the dignitaries present. The function was attended by PDG's, Region Chairperson's, Zone Chairperson's and prominent lions of the District 317B. MJF Lion Sunil Mevada proposed the vote of thanks.
