The Managing Committee of the Goa Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) made a courtesy visit to Jayant Arya, Registrar of Companies, Goa on Wednesday.
Jayant Arya has recently assumed the office of ROC Goa. He is a member of the Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS).
Chairman of the Goa Chapter of ICSI CS Pravin Satardekar welcomed and congratulated Jayant Arya on his new appointment and briefed him on the various activities of the Goa Chapter. The managing committee members and the ROC briefly deliberated the topics of mutual interest where ICSI being a statutory professional body can make a meaningful contribution in serving the various stakeholders of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
