The Dudhsagar Kala Kendra at Collem has organised the 30th edition of the Narkasur pratima and Shri Krishna contest, wherein the participants have to dress and act like these two characters from the epic Mahabharat.
The contest is limited for those residing in Sanvordem constituency. The contest will begin on Collem ground on October 23 at 9 pm. The first five prizes for Narkasur pratima are Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000, Rs 5,000 and Rs 2,500.
For Shrikrishna’s character the prizes are Rs 2,000, Rs 1,500 and Rs 1,000. There would be three consolation prizes too, of Rs 700, Rs 600 and Rs 500. Those who wish to participate can contact Rajan Desai on 7767043157 and Jano Damekar on 9765638615.
