Lions Club of Canacona and Leo Club of Canacona along with Nave Marg Foundation distributed 30 oximeters, 400 N-95 masks and hand sanitisers among the persons at the Pollem check post, excise department officers, police personnel, RTO officers as well as the community health centre at Canacona and to the doctors at the Borkar Nursing Home in Margao. The Lion members and Leo members, Lion Patricia Mendonca, president elect for 2021-22 of Lions Club of Canacona along with Leo Harshad Patgar, president of Leo Club, Lion Vividh Pawaskar, region chairperson, region IX, district 317 B and Lion Adrian, zone chairperson with secretary Lion Ulhas Phaldessai, treasurer, Lion Dr Vilas Pawaskar participated in the campaign. The team has been serving the people from remote villages of Canacona taluka 24x7. Lion Gopichand Vernekar and others were present on this occasion.
