Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, and Regional Directorate “ Goa in collaboration with Institute Menezes Braganza on the occasion of International Women’s Day will organise a programme on women empowerment through traditional skill development on March 8 at 4 pm at the Institute Menezes Braganza, Panaji.

Governor of Goa, P S Sreedharan Pillai, will be the chief guest for the function. The programme will coincide with Azadi Ka Amrut Mohotsav.
