Prabodhan Education Society’s celebrated 73rd Republic Day at Vidya Prabodhini Educational Complex, Porvorim on January 26. The Chief Guest for the Function Adv. Avdhut Salatry unfurled the National Flag. Sanjay Walavalkar, Chaiman & Rajkumar Dessai, Member of Prabodhan Education Society, Prof Bhushan Bhave, Principal & Dr Anil Thosare, Vice-Princpal of Vidya Prabodhini College, Damodar Mardolkar, Principal & Shefali Narvekar, Vice-Principal, Vidya Prabodhini Higher Secondary School, Mhalsakant Deshpande, Headmaster, & Dina Bandodkar, Assistant Headmaster LD Samant High School, Sunny Kanekar, College Director of Physical Education and Sports and Convenor of the Program, faculty members, non-teaching staff, parents and alumni were present for the celebration. The dignitaries participated in the Bharat Mata Pujan and also paid respects to India Constitution. The faculty members and non-teaching staff presented a patriotic song. Prof Bhave welcomed the Chief guest. Adv Avdhut Salatry, Chief Guest spoke on “Relevance of Values and Ideals of Indian Constitution in today’s times.
