In view of the Election Code of Conduct in force due to Municipal elections, the result of the 6th Tiatr ‘B’ Group Competition organised by Kala Academy Goa from March 1 to March 7 at Ravindra Bhavan, Curchorem, shall be declared after the Code of Conduct is lifted by the election authorities. Saligao panch passes away

PORVORIM Former Saligao sarpanch and sitting panch Jack Coelho passed away at the GMC hospital in Bambolim on Sunday night.According to reports, Coelho had an ailment and was admitted to hospital on Sunday evening, where he passed away. The final rites will be performed at the Mae de Deus Church in Saligao on Tuesday.A farmer by profession, late Coelho had been a panchayat member of Saligao Panchayat for 25 years and served as sarpanch on two occasions.According to Saligao…
