A 21-year-old rider from Kalay was seriously injured in a road mishap at Phanasgal-Dharbandora.
The scooter rider Sagar Tapo was riding a scooter from Mollem to Ponda when he was knocked down by a container truck which was overtaking a cargo truck at Phanasgal-Dharbandora.
The rider sustained injuries in the mishap and was shifted to the Goa Medical College and Hospital for medical treatment.
Ponda police is investigating into the incident.
