Sal Mahalaxmi Devasthan in Bicholim is celebrating its anniversary today with various religious rituals and entertainment programmes. The temple at Madhalawada will witness sthal shuddhikaran, devatapujan, laghurudra, abhishek, aarti in the morning and Shree Satyanarayan mahapuja at 4 pm, puranvachan, aarti and teerthaprasad. There will be auction of items donated to the deity by the devotees at 9.30 pm and a play ‘Daiva janile kuni’ will be staged at 10.30 pm.
