The 8th edition in the ICG 2020’s Development Dialogue series ‘Happiness in the time of Covid-19’ will be held by the venerable Tenzin Priyadarshi, president and CEO at The Dalai Lama Centre for Ethics and Transformative Values, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on July 15. Tenzin Priyadarshi entered a Buddhist monastery at the age of 10 and graduated at Harvard University with degrees ranging from Philosophy to Physics to International Relations. He is a Tribeca Disruptive Fellow and a 2018 Fellow at the Centre for Advanced Study in Behavioural Sciences at Stanford University. He serves on the boards of a number of academic, humanitarian, and religious organizations, and is the recipient of several recognitions and awards, including Harvard’s Distinguished Alumni Honours for his visionary contributions to humanity.
