Vasco JCI gets new president for 2021

Peter D’Souza was administered the oath of office as president of the Vasco JCI for 2021 by outgoing president Siddesh Kochrekar at the club’s 54th installation ceremony at Ravindra Bhavan, Baina.

Peter D’Souza is a second-generation JCI member, as his father former deputy speaker late Simon D’Souza was a founder member of JCI Vasco.

Members of the Chapter Governing board for the year are as follows Akshay Ingle (Secretary), Nilam Korgaonkar (Treasurer), Pratik Topsundarya, Kavita Diana De Souza, Sunil Loran, Krishna Shetty and Inuss Sheikh (Vice Presidents), Vasant Pednekar, Blossom Da Silva, Siddhi Salgaonkar, Mahadev, Rahul Shinde (Directors), Manjula (editor), Donella D'Souza (Jayceerectte Wing Chairperson) and Sujay RaoTejaswa Naik (Junior Jaycee Coordinator).

‘Muqabla 2021’ auditions in Vasco on Jan 23

VASCOAuditions for ‘Muqabla 2021- Season 4’, an all Goa solo and duet dance championship organised by the Unbeatable Dance Academy, will be held at Vasco on January 23.Addressing a news conference, Tushar Volvoikar of Unbeatable Dance Academy said the auditions will take place at the conference hall, Hotel Flora Grand, Vasco on January 23 from 3 pm onwards.
