MARGAO: The Directorate of Food and Drugs is set to host the “Eat Right Mela” Healthy and Nutritious Food Festival on April 5th, 2024, at Ravindra Bhavan Margao. Aimed at advocating healthy eating habits, the event seeks to address lifestyle disorders prevalent due to unhealthy diets, stress, and sedentary lifestyles. Nutritionists will offer guidance, while Goa’s top chefs showcase nutritious recipes for sale.
With 20 curated food stalls, live music, and cultural programs, attendees can indulge in a culinary journey without compromising taste. Additionally, a competition for professional chefs adds excitement. Director Jyoti Sardesai inaugurated the promotional campaign on April 2, inviting citizens to join the event from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
