Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday interacted with officials and sector stakeholders at a workshop meant to inject momentum to the logistics sector which the State recently accorded industry status.
Dwelling on his government's policy on Warehousing and Logistics' Sawant also underscored on the importance for players in the sector to log on to the interface platform of the PM Gati Shakti and United Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP).
A handbook on the standard operating procedures for utilisation of the Goa Master Plan on #PMGatiShakti.
He said, the policy formulated by his government for Logistics and Warehousing grants the sector 'industry status'.
He added that the PM Gati Shakti will through coordination between the federal and state governments accelerate Goa's development and underscored the role of the logistics ecosystem in it.
