OLD GOA
Fr Henry Falcao, Convenor of the Exposition Committee of the Archdiocese, expressed confidence in the preparations and lauded the collaboration between the Church and government.
“We have worked tirelessly for months for this spiritual celebration. The inaugural mass will take place on November 21 at 9:30 am, followed by a solemn procession of the Sacred Relics from the Basilica of Bom Jesus to the Se Cathedral. Participants in the procession have been carefully selected,” he said.
"Other people will stay on the sides of the human chain that will be formed by youngsters," Fr Falcao added and urged the media to maintain sanctity while providing the necessary coverage.
On his part, Fr Lawrence praised CM Pramod Sawant for constantly following up on the preparations and expressed confidence that everything is ready for the mega event.
